Since the project started in October 2002 five organizations in three countries have carried out the programme as stated in the work plan:

Scientific research on the subject is done by Dr Maria Zaluska, Psychiatric Institute, Warzawa and Prof. Wolfgang Domma, Katholische Fachhochschule, Aachen.

General Manager of the project is Pawel Bronowski, Warszawa.

Each organization has its own coordinator and trainers who do the actual teaching. They decide upon the course structures, teaching methods, they select the participants and build the timetables.

There are regular meetings about every six months held at one of the partner locations where all the details of the ongoing process is discussed. So far there have been two meetings, one at Inden, Aachen area in April 2003 and one in Nijmegen in November 2003. Several additional local meetings have been held among the German partners.
